Wanting to try Pilates but nervous about not knowing what to expect? Or are you an experienced Pilates student but new to our Studio? Experience classical Pilates in a non-threatening environment with others who are also new to Pilates. Establish a strong foundation for your practice and learn exercises on the Refomer, Mat, Tower, Chair and more. We recommend at least 2 classes per week for best results.
